We’re engineers, yes. But more than that, we are problem-solvers, listeners, team players. Our people bring passion as much as skill. Every design, every solution, comes from collective effort.
Our directors bring decades of industry experience and a passion for innovative, reliable solutions. They lead EKCON with a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and client-focused design.
Every project has a core team consisting of a project manager, lead engineer, and sustainability or compliance specialist to ensure quality from day one. Mentorship, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge across disciplines are central to how we work.
We foster a collaborative culture where people work across disciplines, supported by transparent communication both internally and with clients. Growth is encouraged through professional development and exposure to a variety of project types.
